Support Workers required

If your answer is yes, then we are looking to expand our team of support workers at Camphill Wakefield.  You will support our young adults to achieve their goals and live a fulfilled and independent life.

We offer:

  • Full time permanent roles
  • Annual Salary of £19,136.00 - 40 hours per week on a rolling rota including a sleep at £9.20 per hour
  • 25 days holiday per year – 1 day extra per year up to a maximum of 30 days
  • Bank holidays paid at time and a half

This role is suited to someone who:

Has experience of working with individuals that display challenging behaviours or have experience of being resilient in a difficult or challenging environment, then this is the role for you – Similar experience is preferable, but above all you need to be kind, caring and ready to work as a team to make a difference and ensure that our service remains comfortable, happy, fulfilling and a safe place to live.
