Make a difference – Volunteer for Camphill Wakefield

Volunteering is about giving your time to do something useful.

Are you interested in volunteering? Can you commit to a minimum of 3 hours a week?

We have a range of volunteering opportunities on site;

  • Routine gardening
  • Feeding and cleaning out of animals
  • Grass cutting
  • Planting and caring for plants
  • Planting vegetables and fruit
  • Preserving produce eg Making Jams and chutney

Our Vision

 

Our vision is to increase local community involvement in Camphill Wakefield. We need a team of committed local volunteers to work in their chosen area to maintain and develop our farm and garden.

All volunteers are required to be over the age of 18 and Enhanced DBS checked
 
Whilst covid restrictions are in place Face coverings are required and social distancing must be adhered.
We have over 50 acres of land set in beautiful countryside just outside Wakefield.
